As a Duck lover I'm sure you will be blown away by this dish. Slow smoked for 5 hours, split and de-boned. The half ducks are seasoned and smoked again for an hour, then grilled to order. I also recommend taking the duck to-go and reheating in your oven, The broiler feature on your oven crisp the skin better than I can at the restaurant. Enjoy!
