No. We don’t sauce our meat because we believe the cooking process, the seasonings and the meat should be the star of the show, and the sauce is a complement to that. Every meal comes with a portion of Top Rail, our house sauce, on the side, and the full line of Willingham’s® W’ham® sauces is available in house.
Does Big Shanty Smokehouse have vinegar or mustard sauce?
We don’t serve Carolina-style vinegar or mustard sauces. Our house sauce is Top Rail, a well-balanced, sweet and smoky Georgia/Tennessee-style sauce and a Shanty staple since 2008. The full line of Willingham’s® W’ham® sauces is also available in house.
