“Killer” Spare Ribs by the quarter, half or full slab. Brisket sliced or chopped, pulled pork, pulled chicken and housemade smoked sausage.

The Smokehouse Bowl, The Spudzilla and smoked rib tips — Memphis dry rub, or tossed in our spicy BBQ sauce.
The sides
Smoked baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad, Brunswick stew and a side of the day.
